Seasonal RV Park & Campsites

Black Bear Hollow is a new seasonal RV park (built in 2022) offering something for everyone: a fantastic location on Elbow Lake in Becker County, MN, access to some of the best parts of this state, modern RV amenities like blazing fast internet and 50 amp power, and a nice group of people. We are almost full but do have a couple sites currently open (as of January 2026).

RV Park Details

  • 40 Seasonal RV Sites

    • 8 "by the lake"

    • 32 "in the woods"​​

  • Secluded ​~35+ acre property

  • ​550' frontage on Elbow Lake

    • Sandy beach & swimming area​

    • Fishing dock

  • Season opens May 1 or earlier (weather permitting) and closes Oct 1.

  • RVs may be stored on site with a signed lease for the following year

  • Under one hour drive to Detroit Lakes​, Park Rapids, Mahnomen, and Itasca State Park entrance

Electric:

  • 110v 20/30/50 amp at every site

  • Individually metered, pay per use

Internet:

  • Fiber optic, hard wired connections

  • Individually metered​

Water:

  • Connections at every site

  • Included

Sewer:

Garbage:

  • Central collection (Wednesdays)
